LoSaGa | Vom Kopf ins Herz - Mit der Klopfmethode PEP® Blockaden lösen, Gefühle regulieren und innere Ruhe finden - VHS
From the head to the heart - release blockages, regulate emotions and find inner peace with the PEP® tapping method
Sometimes it would be nice to simply wipe away your stress or at least be able to press 'pause' for a moment. Instead, your heart is pounding, your stomach is rebelling and your head is in knots. Whether it's anxiety, ruminations, emotional eating or self-doubt, our system is often simply overwhelmed. The PEP® tapping method according to Dr. Michael Bohne is a gentle self-help technique in which certain points on the body are gently tapped with the fingertips. This calms the nervous system, relieves stress and helps you find inner peace and serenity.
In this course, you will learn about the tapping points and practise simple applications for everyday issues such as stress, anger, anxiety or inner blockages.
This course is ideal for anyone who...
- want to deal better with stress, pressure or anxiety,
- want to free themselves from old patterns or ruminations,
- are curious about an easy-to-apply method of self-care
- or simply want to feel more inner peace and lightness again.
