Discover the Kaleidoscope Trail in the Teutoburg Forest Nature Park: Fascinating light and glass games in Bad Driburg
In the 30-degree mirror prism, you can conjure up new images again and again with brightly colored discs. The mirror kaleidoscope is part of the Kaleidoscope Trail and is located directly in the arboretum at the large shelter above the small orchard.
About the Kaleidoscope Trail:
The play of colored glass and light has always fascinated us humans. With kaleidoscopes, this fascination - and thus also part of Bad Driburg's cultural history - can be experienced in a playful way. On the Kaleidoscope Trail, eight locations with giant kaleidoscopes of various designs invite children and adults to play with light and glass.
The 5.8-kilometre circular trail starts at the leisure pool and can be divided into two loops of 2.5 kilometers (northern loop / Rosenberg) and 3.3 kilometers (southern loop / Arboretum). As you hike along the well-maintained, well-marked paths with destination signposts, you will be treated to magnificent views of the Teutoburg Forest / Eggegebirge Nature Park landscape time and again.
