SONAL BATH -   "BATHING IN SOUND" wrapped in singing bowls and gong

Lying or sitting comfortably on mats, you will be enveloped by harmonious sounds from all four sides. The gently vibrating sound waves make you feel like you are "dry bathing" in sounds and invite you into a deeply relaxed state of well-being for body, soul and spirit. Pure enjoyment, a short break from everyday life!
Thick mats are provided. You are welcome to bring something to lie on (pillow, blanket, sheet).
The proceeds of the event will be donated to a charitable institution in Bad Driburg.
