Directions

Start in the historic spa gardens at the fountain temple and turn left towards the former spa hotel "Zum Stern". The bust of Dr. Trampel stands in front of the hedge. Take the left-hand path and walk around the hedge to the right. On your left is the sundial, which is almost parallel to the bust of Dr. Trampel. About 8 m further on, in the middle of the path, is one of the 12 ornamental canal covers.

Turn left into the street "Schanzenberg" and at the top of the street, turn left again into Brunnenstraße. The Kaiser Wilhelm monument is located before the next intersection.

At the crossroads, turn right into "Am Müllerberg" and follow the road until you reach the elementary school on your left. Here you will find the Wilhelm Rebbe bust. Walk along the schoolyard between the two buildings. At the bus stop, there is a path on your right that leads you back to Brunnenstraße. Once you reach Brunnenstraße, keep to the right.

At the bend, you will see the Katzenbrunnen fountain on your right. At the next junction, go straight ahead and continue along Brunnenstraße. When you reach the bridge, turn left onto the path. After a few meters, turn right over a bridge to the road. From here, turn left towards the traffic circle and then left again at the traffic circle into the avenue. Immediately after turning left is the fountain tree.

Walk along the avenue, past Heinrich-Drake-Platz (parking lot) and turn left into the street Am Ehrenmal, which bears the name of the next memorial. At the end of the street, turn left around the hedge to reach the memorial.

You will see the Protestant church directly behind it. Keep left on the path and walk all the way around the church. Halfway along the path, you will discover the war memorial.

Leave the church square through the gate and reach Brunnenstraße. After a few meters, you will reach the intersection you were at earlier, but keep right here and follow the course of Krummen Straße.

At the next crossroads, turn left into the avenue and continue through the entrance to the historic Kurpark until you reach the Ballhaus. Princess Pauline is sitting on a bench right in front of it.

Now continue straight ahead, turn right at the fountain temple and after a few meters leave the Kurpark again. Keep left at the exit. Here you will discover the next monument, the bathing lady in front of the Roseklinik. At the next junction, turn left again into Parkstraße. Halfway along, you will see the last monument on this tour, the Simon August Monument.
