Kaiser-Wilhelm Denkmal - Bad Meinberg

Monument

Inaugurated on 22.03.1897 on the initiative of the warriors' association to commemorate the 100th birthday of Emperor Wilhelm I; design: Bildhauser Karl Meier from Detmold; incidentally the first monument in the Lippe region to the "great hero emperor", at the same time commemorating three Meinbergers who fell in the 1870/71 war; the emperor's head on a 2.20 m high rock.
