Head chef Franz Spieker spoils his guests with refined, fine Westphalian specialties with a Mediterranean influence, preferably using products from the Senne region. He places the highest demands on the quality and freshness of the products, which is also reflected in our support and active membership of the organizations "Senne Original", "Slow Food" and "westfälisch geniessen".
