The cozy vacation apartments in the romantic setting of the 250-year-old forestry office (half-timbered house) serve as an ideal starting point for exploration tours and hikes (e.g., on the Hermannshöhen, the Viaduct Hiking Trail, and the Paderborn High Trail). Surrounded by fresh air and beautiful scenery (nature reserve), you’ll quickly leave the hustle and bustle of everyday life behind. Our guests have access to seating in the courtyard garden, two barbecue areas (1 gas, 1 charcoal), an outdoor seating area, a pavilion, and a lawn for sunbathing on the property and in front of the vacation rental. The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms, a modern kitchen with a ceramic cooktop and a large refrigerator, and offers plenty of space and comfort.

"Hofgarten" Vacation Rental
This spacious vacation rental (85 square meters) has a separate entrance and features two separate bedrooms. It accommodates up to 4–5 people (an additional bed is available upon request). The Gobelin bedroom has a double bed, and the walnut bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. The rustic, cozy kitchen with a seating area, a fieldstone wall, and vintage kitchen appliances creates a romantic atmosphere and invites you to enjoy a hearty breakfast and to cook and chat together. A washing machine is available for guests in the “Hofgarten” vacation apartment. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, tub, and toilet. Wi-Fi available

"Wald-Blick" Vacation Apartment
This cozy vacation apartment (65 m²) also has a separate entrance and features 2 bedrooms, accommodating 2 people. The studio apartment features a Finnish sauna integrated into the bathroom—as well as a cozy kitchen-living area. The bathroom is tiled with Italian terracotta tiles. The large bedroom is furnished with a white four-poster bed and a closet; it spans two floors and offers a magnificent view of the nearby forest. The cozy kitchen is practically equipped with a ceramic cooktop and microwave and features a cozy reading nook by the window, a reading alcove under a sloped ceiling, and a sofa area with plenty of space for reading and chatting. "Kutscherstube" Vacation Rental – Accessible
The Kutscherstube offers a beautiful view of the courtyard garden, forest, and meadows. There is a small kitchen for cooking together. The fieldstone wall in the living-dining room is a stunning feature. From the window, you look out into the greenery. The two single beds in the separate bedroom invite you to drift off to sleep. An additional double sofa bed is available. The entrance features a ramp, allowing guests with walkers or wheelchairs to stay here as well. The bathroom is accessible and equipped with a walk-in shower and toilet. The stove in the living room radiates cozy warmth. The kitchen-living area has two sofas with a small table in the middle. The view through the large windows opens up to the countryside. The “Kutscherstube” apartment is suitable for 2 adults with 1–2 children.

The apartments are ideal for cyclists, hikers, and dog lovers. Families are, of course, also very welcome!
