There are numerous relaxation techniques. But which one is right for me?
Four different relaxation techniques will be presented this afternoon. You will have the opportunity to get a taste of the methods of autogenic training, progressive muscle relaxation, sound meditation and aroma meditation to find out which technique leads to personal calm at work and in everyday life in order to promote well-being and thus also health.

Note: Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat, warm socks and a drink.
Prerequisites: No previous knowledge or experience is necessary.
Objectives: Release inner tension; inner balance; training of the ability to concentrate; calm handling of stressful situations; conscious relaxation in short breaks; prevention of stress-related illnesses and burn-out syndrome; prevention of stress-related tension.
