Changing perspectives, expanding scope for action

In everyday educational work, professionals - and parents - are often faced with challenging situations in which problems appear to be the main focus. The solution-oriented approach offers an effective alternative here: instead of analyzing deficits, this approach focuses on resources, strengths and concrete possibilities for action.
In this course, you will learn the basic principles of solution-oriented pedagogy and experience how a conscious change of perspective opens up new paths. Using practical examples and exercises, you will develop strategies to strengthen the self-efficacy of children, young people and clients and work together to find constructive solutions.
Contents of this course are:

Fundamentals of solution-oriented thinking and acting
Questioning techniques and conversation techniques
Resource activation in an educational context
Practical application in everyday professional and private life (e.g. B. family, leisure time, personal relationships)
