Water treading is a hydrotherapy treatment and the best-known Kneipp application, in which you move through the water treading pool in a stork-like gait for about 30 seconds. This process is repeated several times. After water treading, the feet are not dried off; instead, you take a few steps to warm up. Water treading stimulates circulation and promotes arterial blood flow.
