The Martmühle in Spenge is located directly on the Warmenau or the state border between Melle and Spenge. The watermill, most of whose buildings now stand on the Melle side, has always been owned by the Martmüller family. It was first mentioned around 1100 and the current bridge over the Warmenau was built in 1855.
During the general decline of mills, a mill tradition of over 1,200 years also came to an end at the Martmühle in 1969.

The Martmühle is located on the Warmenau on the Melle side. It can be reached from there via Martmühlenweg. From Spenge, it can be reached via the Herwerbrink.
