Liliencron I is a granny apartment in the basement of a private house with a separate entrance door for up to four people. Access is via a separate staircase. The kitchenette is fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster.
The single beds in the bedroom are equipped with good mattresses. The two box-spring beds can be pushed together to form a double bed (without a gap, as there is a continuous topper)
The bathroom has a floor-level shower and a ventilation window.
In the sofa corner there is a modern wall unit including LED TV with satellite reception. The windows in the large living room/bedroom have electric shutters for darkening and mosquito screens.
There is free Wi-Fi / W-LAN and underfloor heating throughout the apartment.
Parking for cars or small trucks is available on the property or in the carport.
Liliencron II is our approx. 90 m², fully furnished vacation home with three rooms, kitchen, bathroom and guest toilet. It has a separate driveway with parking for cars and small trucks as well as a socket for electric cars.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and integrated washing machine.
The single beds in the south bedroom are fitted with good Emma-One mattresses. In the northern bedroom there is a double bed as a box spring bed and a high-quality box spring sofa bed with mattress topper.
In the living room there is a wide box spring sofa with sleeping function, a dining area and a modern wall unit.
In the bathroom with window there is a shower with a shallow bathtub and rain shower function. The additional guest WC provides further comfort in the vacation home.
All three rooms have an LED TV with satellite and internet reception. W-LAN / Wi-Fi is free of charge. All windows are fitted with electric shutters to darken the room. The entire vacation home is equipped with underfloor heating, the floors are covered with tiles and vinyl.

You will find us at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet residential area in Enger-Westerenger in the district of Herford, between Enger and Spenge.
Bünde, Kirchlengern, Hiddenhausen, Werther, Herford and Löhne are easily accessible and Bielefeld, Bad Salzuflen, Melle and Halle/Westphalia are also within easy reach by car.

The minimum stay is 2 nights!
Daily prices incl. VAT, towels, bath towels and tea towels, toilet paper, bed linen, essentials, additional costs, final or intermediate cleaning on request for longer stays.
For stays of less than 4 nights, we charge a one-off flat rate for additional expenses of € 20 for the Liliencron I vacation apartment and € 50 for the Liliencron II vacation home.
For children up to their 12th birthday we only charge half price.

Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement if they are well behaved, do not damage the furniture and do not jump on the sofa or bed. Should you wish to bring one or two dogs, additional costs may be incurred depending on the dog. Dogs must be registered at the time of booking.
Our apartments are non-smoking apartments. We have provided ashtrays outside for smokers.
A travel cot and a high chair can be provided free of charge upon prior reservation.
