The installation shows several spears that appear to have been thrown at the tower and stuck there. It gives the impression that the tower has been returned to its original purpose and transports the viewer back to a time when predatory gangs threatened the land and its people.

Artist: Auke de Vries, born in the Netherlands in 1937, lives and works in The Hague. His works include a number of important sculptures in public places in the Netherlands and other countries.
