Zwischen Großer Aue und Großem Dieckfluss

Named after the two rivers that shape the landscape, the route leads mainly through meadows and fields. Rahden, Espelkamp, Lübbecke and Levern invite you to make a stopover and offer a variety of opportunities for exploration and adventure with the trolley railroad or the museum farm in Rahden, the Oppenwehe windmill, the Ellerburg, Benkhausen Castle or the Große Aue nature recreation area.
If the tour is too long for you, you can also split it into two circular routes. With 40 km and 40 m elevation gain, a northern tour can be ridden along the junctions 95-94-93-97-98-2-1-19-99-96-95. A southern tour with 42 km and 80 m difference in altitude can be built in using the junctions 95-99-12-13-9-13-14-81-84-85-95. From Preußisch Ströhen, a detour to the northern point of NRW is worthwhile: To do this, leave the junction network between CPs 97 and 98.
An additional detour off the route is worthwhile to the Ströhen Zoo.
