Vlotho Weser swimming

Sports/leisure
July 12 is the day! The first Weser swim takes place in Vlotho.

This year, for the first time, it will be possible to swim legally and safely in the Weser in Vlotho.

The start is at 12:30 pm with the start number distribution at the Vlotho harbor. From there, all participants will make their way to Camp Überland, the starting point of the swim. The route leads over approx. 3 kilometers back to the port of Vlotho.

To ensure that everything runs smoothly, there will be a shuttle service from the port to Camp Überland on the day, as well as transport of clothing from the starting point back to the port. Changing facilities will also be available in the harbor.

The route will be closed to all boat traffic during the swim. Swimmers from the DLRG and other aid organizations will be in the water to ensure safety and accompany the participants.
