The Billy Joel Experience

Concert

Retro hearts are melting: the Dutch tribute band "The Billy Joel Experience" announces its eagerly awaited tour through Germany, Austria, Luxembourg and Switzerland with great enthusiasm. At a time when the legendary music of Billy Joel has left Europe with nothing but memories, "The Billy Joel Experience" literally takes to the stage to revive the passion and fire of these iconic songs.

Led by multi-talented pianist, keyboardist, singer and entertainer Alexander Broussard, the band has become a trademark for first-class live performances over the years. Alexander, who started with an impressive background in prestigious international piano bars and continued through to accompanying the biggest names in the Dutch theater world, is an artist who brings the stage to life with his passion and skill.

Since their decision in 2017 to pay tribute to the work of Billy Joel, "The Billy Joel Experience" have made an impressive journey. With five singles and a double live album of their own material, they have not only won the hearts of their fans, but have also attracted the attention of radio stations at home and abroad.

The band has already completed three successful tours of the Netherlands, made five television appearances on national television and even won the prestigious 'The Tribute', resulting in a sold-out concert in the Ziggodome.

One of the highlights of their journey was undoubtedly the official endorsement of Richie Cannata, the original saxophonist on Billy Joel's masterpieces. In January 2023, Cannata flew to the Netherlands specifically to play a memorable concert with Alexander Broussard and his team in a sold-out theater. This recognition from one of the industry's greats has given "The Billy Joel Experience" an unparalleled glow.

This tour will be an unforgettable journey through the timeless hits of one of the greatest musicians of our time. It is a loving, breathtaking, detail-obsessed tribute to Billy Joel that can be felt in every note, every chord and every performance. An absolute must for fans!
