"Oh, How Beautiful Panama Is" after Janosch
A bear and a little tiger have left their home. They are following their longing for a land where there are bananas, plenty to eat and drink—in short, a land where life is good.
On their journey, they suddenly find themselves in a forest, and in front of them are lots of children looking at them curiously. There, they reflect once more on the start of their journey. They encounter the endearing Janosch characters—such as the mouse, the fox, the cow, the rabbits, and the crow… But to continue their journey, they now urgently need the help of the local children.
And then they walk and walk until they find their “PANAMA”—their old home. At first glance, it’s unrecognizable. But they restore their home. They’ve arrived!
Just as all people should find their place and a home—whether new or old.
