Mängelexemplar

The synth wave duo Mängelexemplar from Düsseldorf was founded in 2011. The music is characterized by analog sounds, catchy melodies, cool synthesizer sounds, and drum machines from the early 80s. Minimal electronics, danceability, angular and quirky vocal lines, as well as playful but also experimental sounds are a constant component. The precise characterization of the musical style is difficult due to the great stylistic diversity. The cult band Mängelexemplar stands for a minimal art form without the claim of a complex explanatory model and for a minimalist purist sound and dance experience.

The concert ticket provides access to the aftershow party.
