Nature offers us an infinitely large space to better understand ourselves and unleash our inner strength. Amidst the natural surroundings of the wonderful landscape garden, we can not only sustainably improve our mood but also experience positive changes in our physiological values. It is scientifically proven: Just being in the forest or in nature has positive effects on our nervous system, hormones, and immune system. Natural environments also promote mental health and provide space for profound self-reflection. The fact that humans have spent only a fraction of their history in urban living spaces shows us that we live in a natural harmony that is deeply embedded within us. The power of nature is a tried-and-true means to regenerate mind and body – and that is exactly what I want to convey. My approach – Movement, Mindfulness, and Resilience In my workshops, I combine targeted exercises from mindfulness and resilience research with the healing effects of forest bathing. I integrate physical movement, experiential spaces, and experiences that allow you to look at your challenges from a completely new perspective. In this relaxed and inspiring atmosphere, you will learn how to find calm, discover your own resources, and strengthen your resilience. My heartfelt concern It is my deep concern to support people both preventively and in challenging situations. Experience how the connection to nature positively impacts your mental and physical health – for more peace, clarity, and well-being.
