The Natural History Museum is dedicated to the flora and fauna of the Paderborn region. The guiding principle is a "living exhibition": visitors become discoverers themselves.
The Nachtmann ceramics and glass collection displays important finds from the castle garden.
In addition to special exhibitions, the art museum presents paintings and prints by renowned artists such as Max Beckmann, E. L. Kirchner and the artist couple Ella Bergmann and Robert Michel with a changing focus.
