One of the oldest buildings in Ahden is the Kluskapelle, which was built in 1433.
On the outskirts of Büren-Ahden, the Klus Chapel stands at the foot of the Hainberg. The historic site dates back to the 15th century: a chapel was consecrated here as early as 1433. After it was destroyed during the Thirty Years’ War, it was rebuilt around 1700. The current chapel was built in 1933 on the foundations of the historic church and is dedicated to St. Anthony.

Hiking parking lot:
There is also a parking lot with a hiking map near the chapel. It’s an ideal starting point for your hikes around Ahden.
