"Magical waters" in the landscape park between Bad Oeynhausen and Löhne

Aqua Magica, which means "magical waters", stands for the warm, brine-rich water veins and healing springs in the region, which has been known for centuries for its many spas and health resorts. The magical water was the basic idea behind the design of the 20-hectare landscape park between Bad Oeynhausen and Löhne. French landscape architects Henri Bava and Olivier Philippe designed the park in 1997, which was the venue for the State Garden Show in 2000.

The "Avenue of the World Climate", the water gardens and especially the famous water crater invite you to visit. But be careful: a visit to the water crater, an underground fountain sculpture, is not for the water-shy!
