A new, bright, friendly 41 sqm apartment with Scandinavian flair and a charming view of nature awaits you.

You will find us in the small, very quiet climatic health resort of Holzhausen in the Teutoburg Forest near the Externsteine. Located directly on the R1 long-distance cycle path and the E1 European hiking trail, our house is a central starting point for many attractive hiking and cycling trails to the Lippe sights. Good forest paths are available here as well as forest paths with challenging inclines. These are ideal for mountain biking. We can give you first-hand tips.

My husband and I enjoy hiking and mountain biking in our beautiful region time and time again. We would like to share this enthusiasm with you and welcome you to our Swedish house.

A parking lot directly in front of the front door and lockable bicycle parking spaces are available. To relax you can use a separate garden corner and for an extra charge our infrared cabin.

Our Lippe sights are the Externsteine, the Hermannsdenkmal, the open-air museum in Detmold, the eagle observatory in Berlebeck and the bird park in Heiligenkirchen.

All these destinations can also be hiked from us through our beautiful beech forests. Cozy half-timbered and spa towns with thermal baths await you in the surrounding area. Paderborn with its cathedral and the Pader springs and the castle with park in Schloß Neuhaus can be reached in half an hour by car.
