Our vacation apartment with 120 square meters offers space for up to 6 people and is located in rural Rödinghausen-Bieren.

Has its own parking lot with 11 KW wallbox for charging electric cars (0.40 € per KWH).

Here you can relax and unwind. 
The location in the middle of horse farms directly on the beautiful Wiehegebirge invites you to explore, hiking and mountain biking.

For a nice stay, the apartment is equipped with all the comforts you need, for example the kitchen with: Basic equipment (oil, spices, cooking utensils), modern kitchen appliances, induction stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, blender, fridge with freezer compartment. There is also a spacious dining area in the conservatory for up to 12 people. With plenty of beautiful Old England crockery. So nothing should stand in the way of your cooking events,

but the living room also invites you to relax with its beautiful ambience, cozy couch and smart TV (Netflix).
The modern bathroom with rain shower, large washbasin, hairdryer, washer-dryer and towels leave nothing to be desired.
For a restful night's sleep, there are 2 bedrooms and 1 sofa bed in the conservatory with beautiful beds, high-quality mattresses and hotel-quality bedding.

Check-In. separate contactless entrance via numerical code (code will be sent by email shortly before arrival).

Check-Out: in person. Among other things, for billing if a wallbox is used.

As hosts, we are available almost all day and can be on site quickly.
For a relaxed start, we provide a welcome set with coffee and tea.
