- Arrival is possible from 3 PM to 6:30 PM with personal key collection. For later arrivals, the key handover will occur contactlessly. Departure is possible until 11:00 AM.
Other arrival and departure times are possible upon consultation. Please contact us in good time for an arrangement if necessary.
The key handover takes place in person on-site/ via a key box. You will receive the code in due time before arrival.
A baby cot/additional bed can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are allowed in our property on Friedrichstraße for a fee.

Dear guests, check-in can take place on the day of arrival from 3:00 PM, and check-out on the day of departure until 11:00 AM. You can pick up the key at our Café Cup, Exterstr. 8-12 until 6:30 PM.
