Treasures from over 1000 years
The Dombau-Verein Minden (DVM) invites you to a journey through more than 1000 years of art and church history exceptionally on Saturday, October 10, at 11 a.m. due to the holiday Day of German Unity, to the Minden Cathedral Treasure, Kleiner Domhof 24. The public tour will be led by Hans-Jürgen Amtage, chairman of the Dombau-Verein and voluntary director of the Cathedral Treasure.

The focus will be on significant exhibits such as the Minden Cross from around 1120, the Enthroned Madonna, and precious reliquaries. Their art-historical significance will be explained, and stories will be told about the extraordinary artworks associated with them.

The meeting point is the foyer in the Minden Cathedral Treasure, Kleiner Domhof 24. Participation costs 6 euros per person.
