The "talking reliquary", the 11th-century reliquary arm of St Margaret and the 12th-century Fatimid Hedwig glass are further unique exhibits in the cathedral treasury that are making art history. Henry the Lion also left behind a special work of art in Minden.
The cast lion was a gift from Henry to the Bishop of Minden on the occasion of the Duke's wedding to 12-year-old Matilda of England in Minden Cathedral in 1168.
