From 1797, octagonal half-timbered building with a pointed thatched roof, including a functioning gin, a comb wheel suspended from 16 struts with a circumference of approx. 34 m, pulled by up to 6 horses or cows, as a drive for a 3-stamp bokeh (for crushing flax). In 1810 a grist mill was added and around 1900 a threshing machine drive. The most important building of its kind in the whole of Westphalia.
