A hike can do wonders: it relaxes you, promotes circulation, and drives away gloomy thoughts. That is why we invite you from April to October on the 2nd Saturday of each month to join a hike with our certified guide on a cozy tour through the "green lung" of Bad Salzuflen. You can do something for your well-being over a distance of about 6 to 7 kilometers.
