Winter Makes Music

Brr, it's cold! Snow, ice, and cold sweep into the concert hall, and the musicians bundle up themselves and their instruments with scarves, hats, and gloves. Claude Debussy’s snowflake-like notes swirl through the room, and the audience takes to the slippery ice to the tune of Émile Waldteufel’s famous piece “The Skaters.”

No wonder that, in this bitter cold, a penguin shows up and enjoys Peter Tchaikovsky’s sparkling winter music with its waddling fin dance. A winter delight with cold fins and warm ears!
