Breathing Exercises
Breathing is the reflection of the soul. The way we breathe has a significant impact on our well-being and health. When we feel stress, excitement, or even fear, we usually tend to breathe faster and more shallowly, becoming tense. Calm, steady, and slow breathing can help release this tension and allow us to feel peace and relaxation. Natural, deep breathing improves oxygen intake and promotes inner calm, serenity, and powerful action. During our breathing exercises at the saline sprinkler, various breathing techniques will be guided, which can help achieve more calm and tranquility. Here, it's easy to take a deep breath of air like at the seaside!
