Active in the Park
The state spa offers a diverse active program in the spa park from April to October. Get informed about the various program contents, dates, and durations – the offer is suitable for regular participants as well as for spontaneous decision-makers who want to try things out. In "Active in the Park," everyone who feels like it can participate and enjoy moving in the beautiful park surroundings and fresh air.
Breathing Exercises
Breathing is a reflection of the soul. The way we breathe has a significant impact on our well-being and health. When we feel stress, excitement, or even fear, our breathing often becomes faster and shallower, and we become tense. Calm, steady, and slow breathing can relieve this tension and help us to feel peace and relaxation. Natural, deep breathing improves oxygen intake and promotes inner calmness, serenity, and effective action. In our breathing exercises at the saline, various breathing techniques are guided to promote greater calmness and tranquility. Here, it's easy to simply take a deep breath with air like at the sea!
Meeting point: Experience Saline / Concert Hall Forecourt
Please note: No activity in the park takes place on holidays!
