Find out about the various program contents, dates, and durations – the offering is suitable for regular participants as well as for those who are spontaneous and wish to try things out. "Active in the Park" welcomes everyone who enjoys moving in a beautiful park setting and fresh air.
Breathing Exercises
Breathing is a reflection of the soul. The way we breathe has a significant impact on our well-being and health. When we experience stress, excitement, or fear, our breathing often becomes quicker and shallower, leaving us tense. Calm, steady, and slow breathing can help release this tension and allow us to feel relaxation and peace. Natural, deep breathing improves oxygen intake and provides inner calm, composure, and the ability to act powerfully. In our breathing exercises at the brine vapor bath, various breathing techniques are guided that may help enhance calmness and composure. Here, it is easy to breathe freely with air like by the sea!
