Active in the Park
The Gesundwerk offers a diverse activity program in the spa park from April to October. Find out about the different program contents, dates, and durations – the offer is suitable for both regular attendees and spontaneous individuals who want to try it out. In "Active in the Park," everyone who feels like it can join in and enjoy moving in the beautiful park surroundings and fresh air.
Activating Gymnastics
It feels wonderful to start the day actively in a beautiful landscape in the morning. During our gymnastics in the park, the body is moved, stretched, and strengthened in a varied way from foot to head, sometimes with small equipment and sometimes without. The fasciae are naturally engaged, leading to a feeling of well-being that will accompany you throughout the day. Give it a try! You will enjoy it.
The meeting point is the activity point at the activity area.
Please note: There is no "Active in the Park" on public holidays!
