The activity area is a demarcated area in the spa gardens that offers visitors who enjoy exercise a protected space for activities beyond the lawn. The active area also marks the end of the barefoot path that stretches from the Kneipp area along the Kurparksee lake.

During the season from April to October, various guided activities from the popular "Active in the Park" program take place in the activity area on weekdays. Here, visitors to the spa park with a SalzuflenCARD (residents also have a Plus package) and day visitors with a valid day ticket can get to know and practice yoga or "breath and movement", among other things, or get moving with gentle or activating gymnastics at no additional cost.

Other meeting points for the Active in the Park program are the adventure graduation tower on the forecourt of the concert hall and the Kneipp island on the small spa park lake.

Openings

You are welcome to visit the active area in the spa gardens during opening hours. Tree benches invite you to linger and observe nature.

To access the active area in the Kurpark, you need a valid guest card or a Kurpark day ticket.

Information on reduced prices: Holders of a SalzuflenCARD, residents with the bookable Plus package, can take part in the Active in the Park program free of charge. Also day visitors with a valid day ticket.

Directions & Parking facilities

You can reach the active area in the Kurpark on foot via the main entrance to the Kurpark (Parkstraße), the entrance by the lake or via the entrance from Lietholzstraße.
