Kristina Clausen lovingly prepares her meals with milk from her own cows. Depending on the season, she uses products from the region and fruit from her own garden. It is free from artificial flavors, colors and preservatives.

We use tasty fruit from the region for our ice cream sundaes. During the strawberry season, for example, we receive freshly picked strawberries every day directly from the Dreyer organic farm in Haldem. We also always prepare the various sauces fresh. This means we can do without preservatives. Our crispy waffles are baked at Waffel-Meyer in Venne.
