The playground is located in the Helfgerdsiedlung housing estate in the district of Sürenheide in the immediate vicinity of Lake Verl and is therefore close to residential areas and yet in a beautiful natural setting. The area is generously sized and integrated into the natural surroundings with its built-in hilly landscape. The playground is located at the end of a cul-de-sac on a footpath/cycle path and is adjacent to the "Grillenstraße" football pitch.
