Cemetery
The deceased members of the Uhden family are buried here.
As the deceased members of the Uhden family, as Protestants, were denied burial in the Catholic cemetery in Neuenbeken, Simon August Uhden had a mausoleum built for himself and his family in the immediate vicinity of his glassworks between 1842 and 1846. The building, constructed from quarry limestone, has a floor plan of 4.30 x 6.75 meters, a vault height of 2.75 meters and a wall thickness of 1.45 meters.
