Kluskapelle - Pömbsen

The Kluskapelle chapel, south-east of the Bad Driburg district of Pömbsen, is a popular destination for pilgrims, history buffs and walkers.
The small, single-nave Kluskapelle - also known as Johannes Kapelle - dating from 1687 is located on the 354-metre-high Klusberg, south-east of the Bad Driburg district of Pömbsen. From here you can enjoy a unique panoramic view of the surrounding area. In good weather, the view extends as far as the Kassel mountains.

Directions & Parking facilities

From the bus stop "Pömbsen Post" follow the road "Zum Klusberg" until you turn left after about 200m. Then follow the road for about 100m before turning right. After about 200m, turn left one last time and then follow the path for 150m until the Kluskapelle chapel comes into view.
