Tretbecken an der Schöpfemühle in Dringenberg - Bad Driburg

  • Kneipp pool/water treading
The Schöpfemühle is surrounded by a recreational area featuring paddling pools, a fire pit, and a historic threshing box.
Our tip: Combine a visit to the two nearby wading pools in Neunheerse Wennekenbruch and Neunheerse Silberbach.

The pool is filled with water only from spring through fall.

Water treading is a hydrotherapy treatment and the best-known Kneipp application, in which you walk through the water treading pool in a stork-like gait for about 30 seconds. This process is repeated several times. After water treading, the feet are not dried off; instead, you take a few steps to warm up. Water treading stimulates circulation and promotes arterial blood flow.
