Unusual and richly illustrated early Renaissance house
Right at the beginning of the pedestrian zone is another unusual and richly illustrated town house in the early Renaissance style from 1554.

In addition to the colour scheme, which is based on the original, the depiction of the six different lansquenets is striking. The models for this are presumably by the Nuremberg artist Virgil Solis, one of the most popular illustrators of the time.

Also unusual is the arched depiction of the floral ornaments with the pairs of dragons.
