The idyllically situated Paddelteich pond and the Aabach stream provide the backdrop for the Barefoot Adventure Trail, which starts at the Aatalhaus.

The Barefoot Adventure Trail stretches for over a kilometer around the Paddelteich pond. Here you can literally experience a refreshing stream, warm bark mulch, fine and coarse pebbles, muddy clay, or simply pure grass up close!
Crossing a suspension bridge isn’t just fun for kids. A wooden plank walkway over 34 meters long, running right through a marshland, offers a beautiful view across the paddling pond and into the expansive Aatal Valley.
