There is a small electrical museum on the first floor of the transformer tower. Numerous exhibits from the time before electrification can be found here. The interior of the former transformer has also been recreated there.
There is also a bird call telephone, a fragrance and herb garden and information boards about the history of the transformer tower and the village of Holsen-Schwelle-Winkhausen. There is also a monitor for watching the kestrels in the upper part of the tower.
The transformer tower is also an official cork collection point for the NABU cork campaign and a Bethel stamp collection point.
There is also an e-bike charging station at the back of the transformer tower, which is freely accessible. There is also a public bookcase next to the tower where you can browse while charging.
