Cycle pilgrimage to mark the 800th anniversary of the Canticle of the Sun
The pilgrim cycle route is more than just a simple cycle route - it invites you on a peaceful, conscious journey for body and soul. Inspired by St. Francis' Canticle of the Sun, it combines the experience of nature, spirituality and mindfulness to create a special cycling pilgrimage.

The route has been carefully designed and marked with its own route symbol. It leads through particularly scenic areas and links them with eleven stations that correspond to the verses of the Canticle of the Sun. Glass steles are provided at each of these stations, inviting you to take a short break. Integrated QR codes can be used to call up impulses that convey both spiritual thoughts and practical suggestions for environmental protection. The route can be experienced at your own pace and at your own rhythm, so that everyone can shape their own personal route.

The logo of the pilgrim cycle route - designed by Sister M. Alexa Furmaniak - shows the Franciscan dew cross with the sun and bicycle embedded in a drop of water. It is framed by the colors earth and gold and serves as a recurring symbol along the entire route.
