On the hike, you will explore the "Limberg and Offelter Berg" nature reserve. The beech and mixed forests there are up to 200 years old. On the Limberg, you can visit the 13th-century castle of the same name with its well-preserved main tower. You return to Bad Holzhausen via Offelter Berg and through meadows and fields with beautiful views.
Stressed people can supplement the relaxing effect of hiking with exercises for breathing, muscles and the musculoskeletal system. This hiking tour can also be mastered by inexperienced hikers at an appropriate walking pace.
