Why not try out what our feet are actually capable of? More than 7,000 nerve endings converge in the soles of the feet, as they were once gripping organs like the hands. That's why training your feet is not only important, but also fun and feels good.
The best way to do this is by walking along our barefoot and sensory trail. The various adventure stations, such as the sensory fields and balancing trails, the stream and the peat treading pool, provide plenty of variety.
Between the individual stations, your feet can relax on the soft meadow floor. The sensory fields surprise with various natural materials, such as tree slices, bark mulch and pine cones.
A special challenge is to walk along the blind path with your eyes closed and feel with your feet what you are walking over.
