Aqua Aktiv Faszien -Activity and flexibility for muscles and fascia The Aqua Aktiv Faszien course ideally complements the courses Faszien in Bewegung on land (see explanations there), but also improves the elasticity and condition of connective tissue as well as fascia and muscle-fascia chains on its own. In the water, the body is stretched and elongated, twisted and moved, so that the fascia-forming connective tissue is challenged and encouraged to re-network itself. The body regains more suppleness. Entry possible at any time - Limited number of participants - Registration required. Please note: This course is not a preventive course reimbursable by health insurance.
