The incomparable location of Villa Welschen in the middle of Germany's healing garden, in the middle of the Teutoburg Forest, directly near the incomparable Sennelandschaft offers a variety of opportunities to spend time in nature: for hiking, cycling, horse riding, golfing, gliding and much more.
Oerlinghausen, the mountain town in the countryside near the city of Bielefeld, has retained its endearing, original face: the old town with its historic, elegant town houses and historic quarry stone houses is well worth seeing and documents the interesting economic development. Oerlinghausen also offers incomparable views of the surrounding countryside: the Lippe mountains, the Wiehengebirge and Weserbergland on one side and the Senne with the heights of the Sauerland and the expanses of the Münsterland on the horizon on the other. The numerous Tweten are also very romantic: the alleyways lined with hedges or quarry stone walls are particularly typical of Oerlinghausen's old town and their old, traditional names refer to their former use. Oerlinghausen is also the town of gliders, the town with the open-air archaeological museum, the town of East-West relations and the town of great sociologists (Max Weber and Niklas Luhmann).

Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge.
Later cancelations will be charged as follows:
13-7 days will be charged 50% of the total price
7-2 days will be charged with 75% of the total price
1 day before arrival 90% of the total price will be charged
Arrival is possible from 15:00 to 20:00. Departure is possible between 07:00 and 10:00.
Other arrival and departure times are possible after consultation. Please contact us in good time to make arrangements.
The keys are handed over personally on site/via a key box. You will receive the code in good time before your arrival.
A baby cot/extra bed can be provided on request for a fee.
Breakfast can be booked for 12,00 Euro/person.
