- Cancellations
a. Cancellations for reservations of up to three accommodations can be made free of charge until 1 day before arrival at 2:00 p.m. For later cancellations, 80% of the total booking price will be charged. In case of no-show without cancellation, 100% of the total booking price will be charged.
b. The following conditions apply to group reservations (> 3 accommodations, the reservation number starts with G): No fee up to 4 weeks prior, then 45% from 21 days to 3 days before arrival, 80% from the 2nd day before departure, and 100% for no-shows. Up to three accommodations can be canceled free of charge until 1 day before arrival at 2:00 p.m.
c. For unannounced no-shows, we charge 100% of the total booking price. Up to three accommodations can be canceled free of charge until 1 day before arrival at 2:00 p.m.
Check-in is possible Monday to Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. On weekends and public holidays from 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Check-out is possible until 11:00 a.m.
