The cheerful geriatric nurse Sybille Bullatschek is back! After her successful program "Volle Pflegekraft voraus!", the likeable Swabian now delights once again with bizarre stories and funny gags about the "Pfläge" cosmos.

All hell is breaking loose again at Haus Sonnenuntergang! While the two elderly senior citizens Mrs. Grube and Mrs. Bongartz are still arguing about who gets to be in the photo with the mayor at the 100th birthday party, the enfant terrible Mr. Seifert falls out of favour at the carnival parade with a hunting rifle he brought along. But it's not just the senior citizens who are on a 180: during a dubious coffee trip, Sybille shows the organizers "where the Pfläger gets the electric blankets".

At the same time, there's also something to learn that evening. Sybille has her travel recorder with her again this time and swots up on a new foreign language with the help of a learning CD. In her first program during the English course, she triggered veritable gales of laughter from the audience with sentences such as "my job isch Pfläge". The energetic nurse doesn't want to reveal which language it will be this time: "It's going to be exotic!" - That much she promises.

The shortage of skilled workers is also a big issue for Sybille. When the training of four new school interns fails, she's had enough! She invents plague hypnosis to get people excited about her favorite profession. "Deep down, everyone wants to be a plasterer," she says with conviction.

And last but not least, there's love. Where do you get a man when there's not much time between shift work and professional commitments? That's right: you go speed dating and turn men's heads in a matter of seconds. At least that's how Sybille imagines it.
